Unleashes Maximum Debuff Power

Undine

Veela packs a punch with multi-target damage and a hefty ATK debuff (15% for 1 turn, guaranteed at level 3). Bonus debuff duration against MAG-weak enemies makes her a potent control tool. Veela's skill scales well and shines with her MAG, making her a versatile asset for both offense and control strategies.

Boosts Her Own Damage

Nixie

At level 3, Veela's multi-hit magic barrage punishes opponents with additional damage while slowing them down with a stacking SPD debuff. She is a self-sustaining control monster at level 4, healing for 30% of the overall damage caused.

Veela Best Runes

Control & Extra Attacks

For maximal damage and debuff power, ATK runes are fantastic. Veela needs HP Runes to stay alive to utilize such debuffs, while STA Runes aid their upkeep. Prioritize survival first. MAG Rune and SPD Rune can add control and more attacks. If necessary, consider EVD and Debuff RES, but keep in mind that rune selection is flexible; consider your team's needs and obstacles.

Primavera's buff combines with Veela's debuff to create a control powerhouse. Silence from Lunalynn adds another degree of opponent shutdown. Veela's debuffs and Olivia's shields could also work together, in addition to Florence's attacks.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Veela calls on her water maiden friend and asks her to fight. Deals 1 magical attack equal to 430% of her ATK to 3 random enemies. The water maiden steals the vigor of those she touches, and has a 60% chance to decrease all targets’ ATK by 15% for 1 turn. If a target’s MAG is lower than Veela’s MAG, the number of turns of ［Decreased ATK］on that target becomes 2. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The amount a target’s ATK decreases by becomes 35%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The chance to decrease all targets’ ATK becomes 100%.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Veela makes a wish, asking a water sprite to fight. Deals 3 magical attacks equal to 310% of her ATK to enemies at random. The water envelops the enemies and slows their movements down, decreasing all targets’ SPD by 15% for 5 turns (3 times max). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) The number of magical attacks becomes 4, and the max number of times［Decreased SPD］can be stacked becomes 4. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) If an enemy afflicted with［Decreased SPD］becomes a target, the magical attack’s damage to that target is multiplied by 1.5. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 380% of her ATK. Additionally restores HP equal to 30% of this skill’s total damage to Veela.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 41) Veela hears stories from the rain. That’s why she knows where to find the enemy. Increases Veela’s chance to hit by 20% (cannot be dispelled). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Additionally increases her chance to inflict a debuff by 20% (cannot be dispelled). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The increases in her chance to hit and chance to inflict a debuff each become 40%.

This skill activates 1 time every 4 turns. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) Additionally grants Veela［Shield］equal to 300% of her ATK for 2 turn. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The number of turns of［Shield］becomes 3.
