Great Counter to Speedy Enemies

Shut Up, Shut Up!!

No Looking, No Laughing!!

Lea is one of the fastest witches in the game, and her skillset cements her role as a counter to other speedy enemies. Her active skill 'Shut Up, Shut Up!!' has a high chance of inflicting the Faint debuff on her target, as well as decreasing their EVD. Since it targets the enemy with the highest ATK, she's great to bring along in PVP when you're up against teams that field Cordie or Florence.

Her other skill, 'No Looking, No Laughing!!', is a physical attack with a damage modifier that depends on whether or not she's already used 'Shut Up, Shut Up!! on them. The damage also grows the lower Lea's HP is, up to 1600% of her ATK stat if you've fully invested in her.

Lea also comes with a few buffs to supplement her skillset. 'Delirium' increases her ATK and CRIT damage by up to 35%, while 'Paranoia' grants her the Stealth buff - which protects her from most attacks and skills. At Paranoia level 3, if the damage Lea receives exceeds 25% of her HP, then that damage will be cut by 15%.

Give Lea PM. DEF Break, SPD, CRIT RES, and EVD Runes

For offensive runes, give Lea SPD runes to supplement her already generous SPD stat and make her the fastest unit in the battle. PM. DEF Break and CRIT runes will give her attacks more of a punch, and ACC runes will make sure she won't miss.

For defensive runes, give Debuff and CRIT RES runes, HP runes, and EVD runes.

For PvE, Lea would be good to bring along on boss battles where your party will fight against difficult but singular foes. She can inflict Faint on them and decrease their EVD, leaving them open to your main attacker. Mertillier can be around to give her massive 65% ATK buff, while Primavera provides ATK and SPD buffs so that Lea can move faster.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Lea flies into a rage and frantically swings her weapon. After decreasing the chance to evade of the enemy with the highest ATK by 30% for 2 turns, she deals 1 physical attack equal to 700% of her ATK to them. Afterwards, this skill has an 80% chance to inflict［Fainted］on the target for 1 turn. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally, after the decision to inflict［Fainted］has been made, if the target is not afflicted with［Fainted］, this skill deals 1 physical attack equal to 900% of Lea’s ATK to them (if the target has already been defeated, this additional attack will not activate). This attack is guaranteed to hit. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) Additionally, if the target is not defeated by this skill, it reactivates (1 reactivation max).

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Lea’s riled emotions will not wane until she kills her opponent. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 800% of her ATK to the enemy with the highest ATK. If the target is afflicted with［Decreased Chance to Evade］, the physical attack’s damage is multiplied by 1.5. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, if the target is not afflicted with［Decreased Chance to Evade］, this attack is guaranteed to hit. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) Additionally, the lower her remaining HP percentage is decreased, the more the physical attack's damage is increased (1200% of her ATK max). Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The max amount the physical attack’s damage can increase by becomes 1600% of her ATK.
