Voices of the Abyss

Summer Moddey is a unique witch in that she becomes a very potent attacker if she manages to inflict poison on as many enemies as possible (while surviving in the process. Her skill, Rest in Paradise, inflicts Poison on three enemies, which she can then follow up with Voices of the Abyss - another active skill that increases her number of attacks the more enemies she's poisoned.

Provided that she survives the first turn in a battle, she will definitely have an advantage once she's poisoned enough members of the enemy team and absorbs their ATK stats. It's recommended that you get her Unique Weapon, the Tropical Floaty, to double the potency of her ATK drain (from 15% to 30%).

On top of increasing her number of attacks and her ATK drain, Moddey also gets ATK buffs for every enemy she's inflicted poison on. She can also cut the damage she receives to up to 50% from non-poisoned enemies, and up to 75% for poisoned ones.

Give Swimsuit Moddey PM. DEF Break, SPD, Debuff ACC, EVD, and HP Runes

For her offensive runes, you can give Summer Moddey PM DEF Break, SPD, and MAG runes, as well as Debuff ACC runes so she has a higher chance of inflicting poison on targets. For defensive runes, give her EVD, HP, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES runes.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) Spirits sleeping in eternal paradise awaken, dealing 1 magical attack equal to 330% of Moddey’s ATK to 3 random enemies. The anger the spirits feel from having their slumber disturbed transforms into a hex, inflicting［Poison］on all targets for 2 turns. Each turn, at the start of the action phase,［Poison］deals damage equal to 3% of a target’s current HP. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally, after the decision to inflict［Poison］has been made, this skill takes the enemy with the highest ATK among all targets afflicted with［Poison］, and Moddey absorbs 15% of that target’s ATK into her own ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The number of turns of［Poison］becomes 4.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Waterfronts are places where wandering spirits can easily make their way to. Once they spot a living being, the spirits form a swarm and rush in for the attack. Deals 3 magical attacks equal to 210% of Moddey’s ATK to enemies at random. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, the number of attacks this skill deals increases by 1 for each enemy afflicted with［Poison］(8 total attacks max). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The number of initial magical attacks becomes 4, and the max total number of attacks becomes 9. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The magical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 230% of her ATK.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 41) A gravekeeper makes everyone smile, whether they’re sleeping in their graves or not. That determination becomes Moddey’s new power. When Moddey is attacked, the attack’s damage is cut by 20%. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) If the enemy that attacked Moddey is afflicted with［Poison］, the potency of damage cutting becomes 50%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The damage from the enemy’s attack is cut by 50%. If the enemy that attacked Moddey is afflicted with［Poison］, the potency of damage cutting becomes 75%. When Moddey takes damage from Counter, the potency of damage cutting similarly becomes 75%

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) The amount her ATK increases by becomes 4%, and the max amount her ATK can increase by becomes 80%. Her ATK is further increased by 4% for each enemy that is afflicted with［Poison］. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The amount her ATK increases by becomes 5%, and the max amount her ATK can increase by becomes 100%. Her ATK is further increased by 5% for each enemy that is afflicted with［Poison］.
