As a healer and dual-action attacker, Ophelia's damage output and speed in battle are increased by offensive runes like ATK and SPD Runes. Adding in STR Runes increases power, and PM. DEF Break Rune allows Ophelia's attack to push through. Defensive runes like HP and STA Runes enhance her general sustainability and survivability.

Additionally, defensive runes like HP and Crit RES are advised for her passive talents, which include Counter and Taunt mechanisms.
