Witch Hunter

Eir's main use is a debuffer in your party that will inflict Sleep, Bleed, and CRIT RES debuffs on your enemies, making them more vulnerable to your main attackers.

Her first active skill, Tranquilizer Dart can decrease the CRIT RES of the enemy directly in front of her, as well as inflict Sleep on them for two turns, which leaves them open to attack from foes with high CRIT and PM DEF Break.

Meanwhile, her second skill, Silver Weaver, inflicts Bleed on the target if they're inflicted with Sleep or another action hindering debuff, which deals damage equivalent to half of Eir's ATK

Finally, her second passive skill Witch Hunter increases her basic attack, as well as increases her chances of inflicting Sleep on her targets.

Can Be Moderately Tanky With Shield Buff

Hunter’s Integrity

In case Eir is hit with a direct attack, she can bear it with her first passive skill, Hunter's Integrity, which gives her a Shield equivalent to 500% of her ATK stat every turn if there are no enemies that have action-hindering debuffs.

Eir Best Runes

Give Eir SPD, Debuff ACC, EVD, and Debuff RES Runes

Since you'll be using Eir mainly as a debuffer, it would be best to give her SPD runes so she can inflict her debuffs quickly, followed by Debuff ACC, DEX, and ACC runes.

For defensive runes, give her EVD, CRIT RES, Debuff RES, and STA runes to increase her survivability in battle.

Eir's debuffs make her fairly versatile. Position her wherever she faces a particularly tough enemy. For damage dealers, get Cordie and perhaps Primavera (though she can be switched out for another witch like Amleth instead), to be supported by Merlyn. Soltina meanwhile will take hits for the team with her Multi-Barriers.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by Default) Eir takes aim at the enemy, firing a tranquilizing dart that can cause even the largest of beasts to fall unconscious. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 580% of her ATK to the enemy directly in front of her and 1 enemy adjacent to that target. This skill has a 50% chance of decreasing the target’s chance to resist a critical hit by 40% and inflicting ［Bleed］ on them for 2 turns. These 2 effects are treated as 1 debuff, and are both dispelled when the target is attacked. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The chance to inflict ［Decreased Chance to Resist a Critical Hit］ and ［Sleep］ becomes 70%. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 880% of her ATK.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 21) Eir aims for her prey’s vitals, stopping them in their tracks. This is the most basic, yet most effective hunting technique... whether her prey be beast, or witch. Activates when there is 1 or more enemy afflicted with an effect from an action hindering debuff. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 480% of Eir’s ATK to all enemies afflicted with effects from action hindering debuffs (5 targets max) (if there are more than 5 targets, 5 out of those targets will be selected at random). If Eir does not fulfill the activation requirement, she instead deals 1 basic attack. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 41) Additionally inflicts ［Bleed］ on all targets for 1 turn. Each turn, at the start of the action phase, ［Bleed］ deals damage equal to 50% of Eir’s ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 121) The physical attack becomes guaranteed to hit. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 880% of her ATK.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Seeing her weakened prey, Eir mercifully puts a swift end to their struggle. A testament to the hunter’s integrity imparted by her grandfather. At the start of each turn, if there is 1 or more enemy afflicted with an effect from an action hindering debuff, this skill increases Eir’s SPD by 15%, and ATK by 30% for 1 turn (cannot be dispelled). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 101) At the start of each turn, additionally, if there are no enemies afflicted with effects from action hindering debuffs, grants Eir ［Shield］ equal to 500% of her ATK for 1 turn (cannot be dispelled). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201) The amount her SPD increases by becomes 30%. The amount her ATK increases by becomes 60%.

When she deals a basic attack, she instead deals 1 physical attack equal to 150% of her ATK to 2 random enemies. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) Additionally has a 30% chance to inflict ［Shield］ on all targets for 1 turn. ［Shield］ is dispelled when a target is attacked. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 200% of her ATK.
