Priscilla is a healing witch who is similar to Fortina in that they both attack whenever they use their healing spells. Priscilla's first skill, Holy Torch, attacks 3 random enemies while restoring two of her own allies' HP equivalent to 50% of her ATK. That's on top of dispelling up to 3 debuffs that they have and raising their Debuff RES stats.

Priscilla's other healing skill, Shining Shower, heals her allies the same amount of HP but gives them [Regeneration] as well. The more critical hits Priscilla does with this skill, the longer the Regeneration lasts.

Priscilla's passives, meanwhile, are focused on keeping herself safe. A Promises Kept increases her max HP by up to 50%, while her M. DEF rises to 100%. At level 3, the passive skill raises her CRIT chance by 40%.

Finally, the Prisoner in the Tower skill raises her DEF at the start of the battle. If she gets hit with a debuff, the number of turns from her DEF buff decreases by 1 and the number of turns of all of her debuffs is decreased by 2.

For offensive runes, give Priscilla MAG, ATK, SPD, and PM. DEF Break runes. As for defensive runes, give her HP, EVD, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES runes.

Priscilla is a pretty versatile unit, so you can put her in any team that needs a healer and debuff dispeller. She'll be particularly useful if you're up against enemies that inflict targeted debuffs on witches with the highest ATK (such as your main attacker).

Skill Effect

The holy flames also heal her friends, warding off the forces of evil. Restores HP equal to 50% of Priscilla’s ATK to the 2 allies with the highest ATK, and dispels 1 debuff each from those targets. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) Additionally increases the chance to resist a debuff of the 2 allies with the highest ATK by 40% for 2 turns. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The number of debuffs that are dispelled from each target becomes 2. Additionally, if the initial magical attack deals 1 or more critical hits, the number of debuffs that are dispelled from each target becomes 3.

Skill Effect

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) Rays of light pour down like rain from the heavens, dealing 1 magical attack equal to 200% of Priscilla’s ATK to 3 random enemies. The shining rain also heals her friends. Restores HP equal to 50% of Priscilla’s ATK to the 2 allies with the lowest remaining HP percentages, and grants［Regeneration］to those targets for 1 turn. Each turn, at the start of the action phase,［Regeneration］restores HP equal to 3% of a target’s max HP to them. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally, if the initial magical attack deals 1 or more critical hits, the number of turns of［Regeneration］increases by 1. The number of turns of［Regeneration］is further increased by 1 for each time the initial magical attack deals a critical hit. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The targets whose HP are restored and are granted［Regeneration］become the 3 allies with the lowest remaining HP percentages. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The amount［Regeneration］restores a target’s HP by becomes equal to 5% of their max HP.

When she is inflicted with a debuff from an active skill, the number of turns of this skill’s［Increased DEF］is depleted by 1, and the numbers of turns of all her debuffs each decrease by 2. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) When she is afflicted with a debuff from an active skill and the number of turns of［Increased DEF］is depleted, additionally restores HP equal to 50% of her ATK to the ally with the lowest remaining HP percentage. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The number of turns of［Increased DEF］becomes 5.
