Priscilla is a healing witch who is similar to Fortina in that they both attack whenever they use their healing spells. Priscilla's first skill, Holy Torch, attacks 3 random enemies while restoring two of her own allies' HP equivalent to 50% of her ATK. That's on top of dispelling up to 3 debuffs that they have and raising their Debuff RES stats.

Priscilla's other healing skill, Shining Shower, heals her allies the same amount of HP but gives them [Regeneration] as well. The more critical hits Priscilla does with this skill, the longer the Regeneration lasts.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141)
When she is afflicted with a debuff from an active skill and the number of turns of［Increased DEF］is depleted, additionally restores HP equal to 50% of her ATK to the ally with the lowest remaining HP percentage.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
The number of turns of［Increased DEF］becomes 5.

Priscilla's passives, meanwhile, are focused on keeping herself safe. A Promises Kept increases her max HP by up to 50%, while her M. DEF rises to 100%. At level 3, the passive skill raises her CRIT chance by 40%.

Finally, the Prisoner in the Tower skill raises her DEF at the start of the battle. If she gets hit with a debuff from an active skill, she gets healed and the number of turns of all of her debuffs is decreased by 2.

Priscilla is a pretty versatile unit, so you can put her in any team that needs a healer and debuff dispeller. She'll be particularly useful if you're up against enemies that inflict targeted debuffs on witches with the highest ATK (such as your main attacker).
