Unlike regular Cordie, Summer Cordie can be very expensive to level up as a unit. But she does have one use: countering enemies with high EVD. Her skill, Blooming Thunder, decreases the EVD of the witch with the highest ATK in her party.

But it also increases their ACC by 25%, which will help when you're in a particular stage where the enemies dodge your attacks too much.

Summer Cordie can also be tanky because of how her passive can increase her DEF and M. DEF per turn. But in the late-game campaign, this would have limited utility with how fast battles can end.

Give Yukata Cordie SPD, PM. DEF Break, EVD, and CRIT RES Runes

Since Summer Cordie will act as a secondary attacker, you will want to make sure she'll outspeed your opponents. So for her offensive runes, give her SPD, PM DEF Break, CRIT, and DEX runes. For defensive runes, give her HP, CRIT RES, Debuff RES, and STA. She won't need EVD runes.

Level 1 (Unlocks by default) “Feast your eyes as the world’s greatest gunslinger delivers a performance you’ll never forget!” Increases the chance to hit of the ally with the highest ATK by 25%, and decreases their chance to evade by 25% for 1 turn. These 2 effects are treated as 1 buff. “Enough with the tricks—it’s time for the real show to begin!” A large firework then explodes in the night sky, its sparks raining down on the enemies ruining the festival. Afterwards, this skill deals 4 physical attacks equal to 200% of Cordie’s ATK to enemies at random. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81) The number of turns of［Increased Chance to Hit］and［Decreased Chance to Evade］become 4. The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 330% of her ATK. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161) The targets of［Increased Chance to Hit］and［Decreased Chance to Evade］become the 2 allies with the highest ATK.

Level 1 (Unlocks by level 11) A series of fireworks shoot up into the sky, dealing 1 physical attack equal to 200% of Cordie’s ATK to 4 random enemies. “Now, I’m all fired up!” The atmosphere of the festival sends Cordie to cloud nine. If the number of buffs she is enhanced with is 1 or more, the physical attack’s damage is multiplied by 1.5. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21) Additionally restores HP equal to 30% of this skill’s total damage to the ally with the lowest remaining HP percentage. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 300% of her ATK. Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181) The targets of this skill become 5 random enemies.

Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141) This skill also becomes activated each time Cordie is attacked. Her DEF and M. DEF are further increased by 3% for each attack dealt to her. Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221) The amounts her DEF and M. DEF are increased by each become 10%, and their max increases both become 100%. Her DEF and M. DEF are further increased by 10% for each attack she deals, or is dealt to her.
