At the start of the battle, this skill increases the chance to evade of both Dian and the ally with the highest ATK by 30%. Dian is enhanced by this skill for 4 turns, and the other target for 3 turns.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121)
The number of turns of［Increased Chance to Evade］becomes 6 for Dian, and 5 for the other target.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 201)
The increase in all targets’ chance to evade becomes 50%.

Dian is most useful as a buffer for your main Attacker because of her skill 'Heart of Servitude,' which increases both her EVD and the EVD of the witch with the highest ATK stat in the party (in this case, it should be your main Attacker).

Her other skills are lackluster. Cursed Bullet in particular actually depletes her HP to deal damage instead of just attacking her enemies. Her other skill, Piercing Shot, would be okay if fights lasted more than 2-3 turns so that its 'Bleed' debuff could be used to its full damage potential. Otherwise, it doesn't have that much utility.

Give Dian DEX, ATK, EVD, & HP Runes

If you have the resources, give Dian runes that augment her DEX, ATK, and SPD. You can give her PM. Def Break runes too, though if you need them for someone else, then give it to them. You won't need Dian to deal heavy damage.

For defensive runes, make sure to give EVD, HP, CRIT RES, and Debuff RES runes. HP runes to make sure Dian lives a little longer if she uses her Cursed Bullet skill, and EVD so she could stack that on top of the EVD boost she'll get with Heart of Servitude.

Dian is a bit versatile in that you just need her for one thing - to make sure your main attacker evades a very devastating attack and lives at least a couple or more turns. So replacing anybody who isn't critical to have in your party with her would be okay.

Dian sees precisely where the enemies’ weak points are and fires. Deals 1 physical attack equal to 380% of her ATK to 3 random enemies, and inflicts ［Bleed］on all targets for 3 turns. Each turn, at the start of the action phase, ［Bleed］deals damage equal to 25% of Dian’s ATK.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 81)
The physical attack’s damage becomes equal to 410% of her ATK.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 161)
Additionally grants［Regeneration］to her for 3 turns. Each turn, at the start of the action phase,［Regeneration］restores HP equal to 5% of Dian’s max HP to her.

Dian deals damage equal to 35% of her max HP to herself, and deals 1 direct attack equal to 60% of the depleted HP to 2 random enemies. If Dian does not fulfill the activation requirement, she instead deals a basic attack.

The direct attack’s damage becomes equal to 75% of the depleted HP.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101)
The direct attack’s damage becomes equal to 85% of the depleted HP.
Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181)

If she is attacked, and her remaining HP percentage falls below 40% while the number of allies who are alive are 2 or more, this skill grants ［Invisibility］to Dian (cannot be dispelled). At the start of each turn or when an ally is defeated, if the number of allies who are alive becomes 1 or less, ［Invisibility］is dispelled. This skill activates only 1 time per battle.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141)
Additionally strengthens her basic attack. When she deals a basic attack, she instead deals 1 physical attack equal to 250% of her ATK to 2 random enemies, and has a 50% chance to dispel 1 buff from each target. At the start of each turn or when an ally is defeated, if the number of allies who are alive becomes 1 or less, this buff is dispelled.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
The chance to dispel a target’s buff becomes 100%.
