Makes Enemies Take More Damage From Allies

Frailty

Apostle Rosalie's skillset makes her function as a potent support witch with multiple functions. The first of these is her ability to debuff her enemies by making them take up to 10% more damage for up to 2 turns.

This lets her open up particularly tough enemies to attacks from other heavy-hitting witches like Cordie, Florence, or Rusalka.

Gets Stronger the More Debuffs She and Her Allies Get

Angel’s Cascade

Apostle of Love

Apostle Rosalie's second active skill and first passive skills tie into each other. Angel's Cascade deals 8 magical attacks to enemies at random, but if she's been buffed with 15 stacks of [Memory] from her Apostle of Love skill, Angel's Cascade turns into His Soul's Sacrifice, which only deals 8 magical attacks but also decreases the skill cooldown of two allies next to Apostle Rosalie. She also gets a shield equal to 80% of her max HP.

To start gathering [Memory] stacks, however, Apostle Rosalie and her allies need to be inflicted by a debuff from an enemy's Active Skill. Once His Soul's Sacrifice is cast, the [Memory] stack is reset to zero. But if Rosalie manages to stack it to 15 again, she gets an ATK buff equal to 10% of her max HP.

Can Protect Adjacent Allies With Her Force Field

Everlasting Spirit

Apostle Rosalie's third and final support option for allies is a Force Field that she can grant to up to two adjacent allies. While buffed with this Force Field, any damage Apostle Rosalie and her allies receive (that exceeds 20% of their max HP) will be cut by an amount equal to 20% of Rosalie's max HP.

Give Apostle Rosalie MAG, ACC, SPD, HP, CRIT RES, and EVD Runes

Apostle Rosalie only needs relatively few runes, especially if she'll be relegated to a support role. For offensive runes, give her MAG, SPD, and maybe ACC runes. As for defensive runes, HP to boost her max HP, EVD, and CRIT RES-boosting runes.

Before dealing the magical attacks, if Rosalie is enhanced with Apostle of Love’s［Memory］and its stack count is 15,［Memory］is dispelled, and His Soul’s Sacrifice activates instead of Angel’s Cascade. His Soul’s Sacrifice deals 8 magical attacks equal to 160% of Rosalie’s ATK to enemies at random. Afterwards, this skill decreases 2 adjacent allies’ skill cooldown time by 1. Level 2 (Unlocks by level 41) Strengthens His Soul’s Sacrifice. After dealing the magical attacks, additionally increases 2 adjacent allies’ ATK by an amount equal to 10% of Rosalie’s max HP before any stat increases or decreases were applied to it for 2 turns (cannot be dispelled). Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101) Strengthens His Soul’s Sacrifice. The amount all targets’ skill cooldown time decreases by becomes 2. However, if Rosalie uses Angel’s Cascade and its effect causes [Memory] to be dispelled, this skill will not grant [Memory] to her again. If the stack count of [Memory] becomes 15, this skill increases Rosalie’s ATK by an amount equal to 10% of her max HP before any stat increases or decreases were applied to it (cannot be dispelled). Level 2 (Unlocks by level 121) Additionally, starting from the 2nd turn, at the start of each turn, increases the stack count of［Memory］by 3. If a target enhanced with［Force Field］is attacked and takes damage that exceeds 20% of their max HP, the amount the exceeding amount of damage is cut by becomes equal to 50% of the granter’s max HP before any stat increases or decreases were applied to it. Level 3 (Unlocks at LR Rarity) Strengthens Angel’s Cascade and His Soul’s Sacrifice.
