How to Complete Medical Disputes on the Ship of Fools
- Step 1: Head to Dovebrook and find the entrance to the tavern
- Step 2: Travel through the passage in the painting to the other side of Dovebrook to have a look
- Step 3: Ask the drunkard by the road
- Step 4: Try to find the entrance to the tavern near Dovebrook
- Step 5: Enter the tavern through the passage in the painting
- Step 6: Enter the tavern and talk to Sparkle
- Step 7: Try to open tavern's door and enter the back of the tavern's bar
- Step 8: Head deeper into the tavern
- Step 9: Continue onward through the passage in the painting
- Step 10: Continue onward and enter the Golden Confessional
- Step 11: Try to approach the Golden Throne
- Step 12: Use the pipe to reach the Golden Throne
- Step 13: Head to Fatal Joke
- Step 14: Head to Exam Room 1 for consultation
- Step 15: Enter the room and check the medical records
- Step 16: Talk with Sparkle's fellow patients
- Step 17: Talk to Zhongshan
- Step 18: Talk to Sparkle
- Step 19: Step forward and smash the glass!
- Step 20: Head to the Fools' storage area
- Step 21: Investigate the Stellar Jade immediately!!

- Step 24: Enter the light orb and witness the miracle

Head towards the river in Dovebrook District to see what Sparkle's hint meant.

Enter the nearby Interplanar Jump Difficulty III and emerge on the other side of the river through it.

Ask the Drunkard by the Road
Approach the drunkard by the steps. They will give you another hint about the tavern's entrance.
Try to Find the Entrance to the Tavern Near Dovebrook
Enter the Interplanar Jump Difficulty II near the Star Rabbit to reveal the tavern's entrance.
Enter the Tavern Through the Passage in the Painting
Enter the Interplanar Jump Difficulty II that just spawned and reach its end to finally arrive at World's End Tavern.
World's End Tavern Treasure Chest Locations
Enter the Tavern and Talk to Sparkle
Head towards the lounge and talk to Sparkle, who's standing by the counter.
Open the Tavern’s Door and Enter the Back of the Tavern’s Bar
Interact with the door to learn that it won't open for you. Attack the door to force it open.
Head Deeper Into the Tavern
Go through the tavern's back until you arrive at the dance floor, where Sparkle introduces the Blisstar to Himeko and the Trailblazer.
Continue Onward Through the Passage in the Painting
Enter the Interplanar Jump Difficulty I near the Blisstar. Play the Bizarre Melody score as instructed by Sparkle to change the layout. Proceed through it until you reach the exit.

Continue Onward and Enter the Golden Confessional
Continue forward until you reach the Golden Confessional, the place where the Fools shed their "excess baggage" when they've had too many drinks.
Try to Approach the Golden Throne
Sampo will hand over the Emotional Impact Drill, a gadget to use on the Golden Throne. Optionally, you can use the gadget on other toilets first before approaching the Golden Throne.
Use the Pipe to Reach the Golden Throne
To get on top of the Golden Throne, go through the nearby Interplanar Jump Difficulty III puzzle. Using the Emotional Impact Drill will reveal Sparxie's worries, which will prompt you to head to Fatal Joke next.
Head to Fatal Joke
Go to Fatal Joke, the hospital in World's End Tavern, by going through the Interplanar Jump Difficulty II near the Blisstar. Upon arriving at the hospital's lobby, you will hear an announcement asking for the Trailblazer.
Head to Exam Room 1 for Consultation
Enter Exam Room 1, where you will surprisingly find Zhongshan, the Fool you encounter during the Bestial Ferocity missions.
Enter the Room and Check the Medical Records
Enter the room next door and investigate the file cabinet to search for the medical records related to the memetic virus.
Talk With Sparkle’s Fellow Patients
Zhongshan will put Sparkle through an impromptu consultation. Talk to Sparkle's fellow patients to learn more about the memetic virus.

Talk to Zhongshan, who's standing near the door, to learn about Sparkle's results.
Talk to Sparkle
Talk to Sparkle, who's forced to lie down on the bed in the middle of the room.
Step Forward and Smash the Glass!
Attack the glass windows to reveal the hidden audience.
Head to the Fools’ Storage Area
Proceed forward until you reach the Interplanar Jump Difficulty I near the Blisstar. Enter and go through it to reach the Grand Treasury, the Fools' storage area.
Investigate the Stellar Jade Immediately!!
Touch the massive Stellar Jade in the middle of the monochromatic room, which pulls you into a trance.
Shatter the Stellar Jade and Bring It Back to the Express
Smash the Stellar Jade by attacking it, which is revealed to be a bait set by Sparxie. Defeat the Canvas Peacock sent to ambush you.
Leave the Storage Area and Head to the Blisstar
Go out of the storage area and head towards the Blisstar. On the way, you will receive an update about Graphia Academy from Paraprince. Upon approaching the Blisstar, Sparkle reveals that there is a hidden area inside of it, and it will only open to those that it acknowledges.

Enter the Light Orb and Witness the Miracle
Interact with the Blisstar to enter it and go to the middle of the room. Reach your hand into The Laughter's Gift to receive the memetic virus banana.
Ashveil then reveals himself to catch the Trailblazer, but luckily enough, Sampo arrives to help the group escape.
