How to Get Legal Report
Investigate the Cat ATM in Graphia Academy
Go to the Student Dining Area in Graphia Academy F2 and head a few steps east to find the Cat ATM in front of the stairs. You'll need to hear out the ATM's offer, press the confirm button, and sign your name.
After getting scammed, the incident will be reported to the Security Bureau. You'll also get the Million Credit Prize Contract item to hold onto as evidence.
Graphia Academy Treasure Chest Locations
Head to Dovebrook District
Teleport to the Shape of Soundburst Stagnant Shadow in Dovebrook District and walk out of the fenced area to encounter the Fearsome Orch debt collectors. As you refuse to pay, they'll eventually start counting down.
Selecting My ball bat refuses will initiate a fight against Assistant Graffiti and Autonomous Wands. However, you can also choose (Best to get out of here) to avoid fighting entirely. At the end, a Security Bureau officer will appear to arrest the debt collectors.
