Go to the eastmost room of Fatal Joke in World's End Tavern and talk to Sampo, who's beside the Star Traveler. The mech will undergo several transformations that don't quite sit well with them and decides that they need to learn more about humans before getting a new form.

Go to the library in Graphia Academy, which is located east of the Student Dining Area Space Anchor. Talk to the Star Traveler, who's standing in front of a bookcase.

They will then mention that some of the basketball club members extended a "friendly invitation" earlier and moves to the basketball court next.

Head to the basketball court, which is the west most area in F1 of Graphia Academy, and talk to Star Traveler. It turns out that the mech unknowingly provoked the basketball club members and was ready to resort to drastic measures until the Trailblazer stops them.
