To get the Aeonic Silence hidden achievement, you need to go to the Grand Treasury in the World's End Tavern. Use the Grand Treasury Space Anchor and follow the path until you see a Trashcan portrait.

You must interact with all the Aeon portraits in the Grand Treasury to get the achievement. Start with Frame 4, which is the Trashcan portrait. Keep interacting with all the portraits until you get to the top of the spiral staircase.

After you interact with the last Aeon portrait, you'll get the achievement.
