Since the Anti-Creator has two summons, it is advisable to bring Herta and Serval to deal damage to the boss and its parts equally.
Trailblazer (Ice) can provide offensive buffs and allow both carries to deal True DMG. Permansor Terrae gives Shields to the party, boosts ATK for one of the carries, and gives them Souldragon for extra damage.

Castorice is the best DPS to use against the Anti-Creator since it has a Quantum weakness, and her attacks hit multiple enemies. Since she doesn't use Energy, she won't be affected by the Energy drain from one of the Anti-Creator's attacks.
For her allies, use Evernight for more HP drain and damage boost. Cyrene boosts her damage through her special buff and allows her to deal True DMG. Hyacine buffs the party's Max HP up and heals them, while dealing decent damage of her own through Little Ica.

The Herta can attack all enemies with her Skill and Ultimate, making it easy to damage the Anti-Creator's summons. Anaxa can also attack multiple enemies and pairs well with The Herta for the CRIT DMG increase.
Cyrene boosts the damage of both DPS characters through Anaxa's special buff, while also allowing them to deal True DMG. Permansor Terrae grants shields, boosts ATK for one of the carries, and gives them Souldragon for extra damage.

Aglaea can attack multiple enemies in her Joint ATK with Garmentmaker, which makes it easy to damage the Anti-Creator and its summons. Sunday gives Energy to Aglaea to battery her and advances her turn, while providing offensive buffs of his own.
Cyrene boosts Aglaea's damage through her special buff and allows her to deal True DMG. Permansor Terrae gives shields to the party and gives Aglaea the Souldragon for extra damage.
How to Beat Irontomb Boss Fight
Take Out Mythos and Logos Enemies
During the fight, the Mythos and Logos summoned by the Anti-Creator can delay your actions and reduce your SP using their attacks. They can also lock-on to a target and let the Anti-Creator apply Action Lock onto the target, which prevents them from taking action.
To avoid this, take them out first. Having AoE or Blast attacks helps with this since dealing damage to them also damages the Anti-Creator. Once they are down, they will restore the party's Energy and advance them forward.
Dispel Action Lock Using Cyrene's Support
During the fight, keep an eye out for Cyrene's Support on the Action Bar. If an ally is inflicted with Action Lock, you can use it to dispel the state and immediately charge their Ultimate. Taking down Mythos and Logos also removes Action Lock since they restore your Energy and advance you forward.
Reduce Amphorean Hatred Using Heroes Ablaze
The Anti-Creator and its summons' attacks increase Amphorean Hatred. If it reaches 100%, the battle will immediately fail. You can use Heroes, Ever Ablaze to reduce Amphorean Hatred and keep it in check. This also deals heavy damage to the Anti-Creator.
Burst Down Mythos and Logos During Resist and Destroy
In Phase 3, when the Anti-Creator enters the Resist and Destroy state, you must burst down the Mythos and Logos summons before it uses its attack.
If the Mythos and Logos are not down when it uses Immolate the Heavens, Abandon the World, the Anti-Creator will apply Action Lock to one character and reduce the party's Energy.
