Phainon's Banner, To Evermore Burn as the Sun, and Indelible Coterie were previously available in Phase 1 of Version 3.4, which ran from July 1, 2025 (UTC-5) until July 23, 2025. The Indelible Coterie banner featured reruns of Tribbie, Sparkle, and Sunday!
On July 11, 2025 (Server Time), the Fate Collab Banners for Saber and Archer were also released. These limited banners don't have a fixed end date yet and will likely continue past Version 3.5.
The 4-star rate-up characters in Phainon's Banner and the Indelible Coterie were Tingyun, March 7th, and Yukong. However, the Fate Collab Banners don't have any rate-up 4-star characters, so all their drop rates will remain equal.

Phainon's Light Cone, Thus Burns the Dawn, was featured in the Brilliant Fixation banner from July 1, 2025 (UTC-5) until July 23, 2025. At the same time, Coalesced Truths had reruns of If Time Were a Flower, Earthly Escapade, and A Grounded Ascent.
In line with the Fate Collab, banners for Light Cones catered towards Saber and Archer, A Thankless Coronation and The Hell Where Ideals Burn, were released on July 11, 2025. No end date for the Collab Light Cone Banners has been announced yet.
The 4-star rate-up Light Cones in Phase 1's Brilliant Fixation and Coalesced Truths were The Story's Next Page, Planetary Rendezvous, and Under the Blue Sky. Meanwhile, the Fate Collab Light Cone Banners don't have any rate-up Light Cones.

Phainon, Saber, and Archer were officially announced during Version 3.4's Livestream. Phainon is a 5-star Destruction and Physical character that was released on July 1, 2025 for the NA Server and July 2, 2025 for Asia/EU Servers.
As part of the Fate Collaboration, Saber and Archer are limited 5-star characters that were released on July 11, 2025 for all servers. Saber is a Destruction and Wind character, while Archer is a Hunt and Quantum character.
HSR New Light Cones in Version 3.4
Version 3.4 featured the release of 12 new Light Cones! Thus Burns the Dawn, A Thankless Coronation, and The Hell Where Ideals Burn could be pulled from 3.4's Light Cone Banners.
The Story's Next Page was a rate-up 4-star in Phase 1's Light Cone Banners and will later join the pool of standard Warp drops. Meanwhile, the other 4-star Light Cones were added as reward options in the Nameless Honor Battle Pass starting from Version 3.4!

For the Sun is Set to Die is a new Trailblaze Mission in Version 3.4! It's the fifth part of the Amphoreus storyline wherein the Astral Express must join Phainon in retrieving the last coreflame and stopping the destruction of Amphoreus once and for all.

In Version 3.4, Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and Jingliu had their abilities, Traces, and Eidolons buffed. You can also toggle between the enhanced state or previous state of the characters anytime you please!
Honkai: Star Rail 3.4 Character Skin
In Version 3.4, Firefly received her own skin, the Spring Missive outfit! This is the second character skin that was added to the game and could be bought from the Contract Shop at a previous discounted price of 1,350 Oneiric Shards.
At the end of Version 3.4, the price of Firefly's skin reverted back to its original price of 1,680 Oneiric Shards.

As I've Written Rewards and Features
Dialogue Skip and Story Summary
Starting from Version 3.4, players are able to skip segments of dialogue and view a summary of what went on in the conversation that's being skipped. However, the Skip Dialogue function can't be applied to cutscenes or exploration sections of a mission.
In addition to this, a Story Recap function was also announced to be released in Version 3.6. However, no official details on how this feature works was revealed yet.
