Good F2P Light Cone for Erudition Characters
The Great Cosmic Enterprise is an overall good Light Cone for Erudition characters because it provides them with ATK and also gives them a DMG boost based on how many Weakness Types are on the enemy.
The DMG boost is unconditional since all enemies have either two or more Weaknesses, so it will always be in effect. However, this is better if the character can inflict multiple Weaknesses to max out the DMG buff.
