Love in the Time of Black Tide Location

Talk to Aelius and Nympha in F2 of Okhema. They will be on the the edge of a rooftop. Once you speak to them, the mission starts.

Quest Walkthrough
1 Talk to Chartonus, Kyros, and Theodoros
Head down and talk to Chartonus, Kyros, and Theodoros.
2 Find Nympha
Go to Marmoreal palace and activate the Fragments of Recollection to find Nympha.
3 Free Nympha
After learning what happened, you have to run back to the market and knock out the guard to free Nympha.
4 Say goodbye
Once the two profess their love, go outside of the Okhema City and say goodbye to them.
