Head to the Kephale Plaza in Okhema toward the right waterfall. Wait for Pasithea there.Eternal Holy City

Talk to Nearby Bystanders
Talk to the nearby citizens to get information on Pasithea's location. You will want to talk to the trio of citizens, the Scornful Citizen, and the Lazing Guard
Summon Mem and Follow Her
Return to the waterfall and summon Mem. Mem will then lead you toward where Pasithea is in the Marmoreal Market
Talk to Pasithea on the Roof
Make your way to the roofs and talk to Pasithea. She will tell you to go to Janusopolis to help figure out her dreams.
Solve the First Prophecy Tablet
Use the Silent Shroud Space Anchor and head to the curved hallway in Abyss of Fate of Janusopolis. You will see a Prophecy Tablet in the area.
Solve the Prophecy Tablet in the curved hallway in Janusopolis to unlock a Fragment of Recollection. Listen to the fragment to piece together Pasithea's past.

Solve the Second Prophecy Tablet
Next, use the Silent Shroud Space Anchor and check out the other Prophecy Tablet. Solve it and listen to this one also.

Listen to the Fragments of Recollection
Use the Everdream Gate Space Anchor and listen to another Fragment of Recollection nearby. You will then be transported deeper into Abyss of Fate.
Go to Pasithea
Finish the dialogue and you'll be standing before Oronyx's Miracle. Use it and you'll be prompted to go to Pasithea on the top floor. You'll have to use the Hand of Zagreus and the giant scales to proceed.
Use Hand of Zagreus to Place Metal Ball
After using the tome, go to the left side and you'll see a mechanism for the Hand of Zagreus. Use it and place the metal ball on the right scale.
Stand on the Left Scale
Next, go to the left scale by just following the path and stand on it. You'll rise to the top floor where Pasithea is. Approach her and talk to her.
Go to the Jittery Priest
After talking with Pasithea, use the Janus' Hidden Passage in front of you to cross to the other side of the room and interact with the Jittery Priest.
Use Hand of Zagreus to Make a Bridge
Next, go to the mechanism of the Hand of Zagreus nearby and use it to make a bridge so you can get to Pasithea's Mother.
Go to Pasithea's Mother
Cross the bridge you made and talk with Pasithea's Mother. You'll then be transported back to Okhema.
Return to Pasithea in Okhema
Return to Okhema and head to Kephale Plaza once more. Talk to Pasithea there.
Return to Janusopolis with Pasithea
Return to Janusopolis (you will automatically be teleported there) and approach the nearby Fragments of Recollection. Discover the truth behind Pasithea's dream to end the quest.

For the opp side of hidden passage F3, you 'll need to change directions after moving from F2 in dawn if I'm not wrong. As for the triangle you'll need to solve a prophecy puzzle found opposite of the area where you find a stone in ball shape ( You will be familiar with this as it happens during the Main story, although there isn't mention for the triangle since it is part of map exploration puzzle.)
