Castorice is the best Quantum DPS for this boss since she can deal AoE DMG. Evernight can boost Netherwing's DMG while dealing decent damage herself and Tribbie can provide buffs while dishing out AoE follow-up attacks to help take out the summons.
If you don't have Evernight, you can use the Remembrance Trailblazer instead.

How to Beat The Giver, Master of Legions, Lance of Fury
Remove the War Armor
One of your goals in beating The Giver, Master of Legions, Lance of Fury is to remove their War Armor stacks to remove their DMG reduction.
Once War Armor has been removed, The Giver will receive a massive amount of Imaginary DMG and take more DMG when being hit by your units.
Use AoE Attacks to Destroy the Spears
When the spears show up, it will decrease the character's restorable HP. Use AoE attacks on the Spears to whittle down their HP and return your restorable HP.
The amount of restorable HP gained will depend on how much DMG was dealt to all Spears.
Prioritize The Giver Under Titanic Corpus
When The Giver enters Titanic Corpus, it will unleash a powerful attack on their next turn. Prioritize all your attacks on The Giver to reduce the Titanic Corpus stacks and reduce the damage dealt by the powerful attack.
Make sure to use AoE attacks also to remove the Spears if there are any. If all Titanic Corpus stacks are removed, The Giver's action will be delayed and they will receive a massive amount of DMG.

Anonymous 6 monthsIt makes zero sense to have a f2p team with ice TB when you need to go through this battle to get them. If it’s for divergent universe, then make a separate team for it. But listing it for the f2p team is actually so stupid.
