Thanks for the answer! Getting the ehr to 67% has been one of the more difficult parts of building her so far for me besides getting a link rope with and energy regen main stat, rng hates me lol
ok nevermind, There's a difference in how high the rate is, you do need at most 67%ish hit rate, lowering with every imposition

Her de buffs in her kit have different base values to be inflicted, resolution has lower chances, though I'm not quite sure if there's a difference in affliction between S1 and S5
This may be a stupid question, but why would you need 67% ehr for the Resolution light cone and is it calculated based off of superimposition 1 or 5?
2-Pieces of Sacerdos + 2-Piecies of Messenger + 11 SPD from sub-status. Yep. She sucks without her sig lightcone.

Tell me you did not read the story and can't use any character that requires minimal thinking without telling me. If anyone should have been a 4 star it's Hyacine. Loucha, Huohuo or Lingsha can literally do her work. (And yes, Loucha can. I skipped her and using Loucha with no issues on bosses and PF)

She is actually fantastic with Cas. Castorice's dragon breath gives Cip a lot of coins to the point where during a simulated universe run Cip can go above 20k and just nuke bosses from orbit. But even during normal runs they work together really well and just by being on field Cas and Polyx deal more damage. Just finished Simulated universe X7 with them with ease. Both my Cip and Cas are E0S1.

ignoring the lightcones, e0 cipher will make your team do around 13-18% more damage compared to an e0 topaz. considering that in a team with robin, she’ll trigger her concerto damage and energy regen less often, and in a team with feixiao, she’ll give fei less stacks than topaz, it’s probably a bit worse than that. take that as you will, as a topaz haver, she isn’t worth the pull for me personally.
