As Aglaea was announced second in the Drip Marketing by Honkai: Star Rail's official social media accounts, she will likely be in the second phase of Version 3.0.

Aglaea is the first-ever Remembrance character to be released in Honkai: Star Rail. Aglaea's banner is expected to be released on February 05, 2025 and will be available until February 25, 2025 if 2.7 follows the usual 6-week schedule.
