The Chordal Mirage can be obtained through the Shape of Timbre: Stagnant Shadow and defeating the Tomorrow in Harmonious Chords enemy. The Shape of Timbre: Stagnant Shadow can be found in the Penacony Grand Theater.
Chordal Mirage can also be obtained by exchanging it for another material in the Synthesizer.

Lost Echo of the Shared Wish can be obtained by defeating the weekly boss, Harmonious Choir - The Great Septimus.
Harmonious Choir - The Great Septimus can be found in the Echo of War: Salutations of Ashen Dreams inside Penacony's Grand Theater, which can be unlocked after completing the And of the Eight Day mission.

How to Get Tracks of Destiny
Tracks of Destiny can be obtained as a reward for maxing out the points in the Simulated Universe. It can also be obtained by reaching Level 15 and 35 in the Nameless Honor Battle Pass.
You can also buy the Tracks of Destiny through the Embers and Starlight Exchange shops. Most of the time, you can also get them as a reward for completing Limited-Time Events.

The number of tracks of destiny is wrong. Here says its 11 but its actually 8, the last trace level only require 1, not 2.
