How to Complete The 400 Bananas
- Step 1: Reunite with Dan Heng and March 7th

Reunite with Dan Heng and March 7th
At the start of the mission, you'll arrive at Penacony Paperfold University. Meet up with Dan Heng and March 7th nearby.
Walk Around Paperfold University
After the conversation, head into the center area of the university to see the sights. There are two areas of interest that you'll need to check out.
Talk to Assistanana 416
Head over to the west side of the center area and talk to Assistanana 416 who'll be standing by a staircase. Once you've been welcomed by it, you can move on to the next objective.
Investigate the Group of Monkeys
Go to the east side of the center area and you'll find a woman laughing with a group of monkeys. They'll also be near an Intellitron that's being interviewed.
Talk with the Unfamiliar Schoolmate
After walking around, someone will call out to you. Go to the center of the area and speak with the blonde-haired woman who'll introduce herself as Montana. Shortly after the meeting, Profnana, the university's Dean, will come out to give an introductory speech.
Head to the Classroom and Wait
From the center area, head southeast and go into the classroom. Take a seat at the indicated desk to wait for the examiner who'll be in charge of the Tuning Test, Mr. Reca.
Attend Mr. Reca's Audition
Once Mr. Reca has introduced himself as the examiner, it's time to take the Tuning Test for yourself! Go to the film studio in the northwest area of the map to start the test. After answering all of Mr. Reca's questions, he'll reveal the Academy that's been assigned to you.
Can Change Academy after the Tuning Test
If you're not satisfied with the Academy assigned to you, Mr. Reca will let you pick the Academy you want to join. Your chosen Academy won't affect the story, so feel free to go with whichever you like the most!
Discuss the Results of the Assignment
Leave the film studio to meet up again with Dan Heng and March 7th and discuss each other's assignments from the Tuning Test.
Explore the Creator's Market
After the dialogue, head over to the Creator's Market on the westernmost side of the map.
Check out the Dessert Club Booth
Approach Chaletka at the Dessert Club booth. She'll tell you that her club is hosting a challenge where participants can design their own banana pie. Choose whichever ingredients you like and see the results of your creation!
Visit the Toys and Models Club Booth
Next, head on over to Richie at the Toys and Models Club booth. He'll try to sell you their Slumbernana Monkey Figurine. After the conversation, you'll get the Slumbernana Monkey Pre-Order Special Freebie.
Investigate the Blockage
Keep walking through the Creator's Market and you'll come across some students blocking your way. During the scene, you'll reunite with Rappa!
Take a Photo for Nanabloom-chan
With Rappa's formal introduction done, the group will take notice of a troubled student nearby. Speak with Nanabloom-chan and she'll ask the group to partake in her club's photography challenge.
Once you're in control of the camera, get Dan Heng, March 7th, and Rappa into the frame and snap the photo when the monkeys jump. After some additional dialogue, the mission is wrapped up!
