The Goblet of Fire hidden achievement can be unlocked using Clockwork on Prema in the Penacony Paperfold University.

Use the Chromasweven Avenue Space Anchor and move north, then go left at the booths. Prema will be between one of the booths and next to a sign.

Approach Prema and talk to her. Proceed with the dialogue then once the option to use Clockwork is available, use it on her.

Use Clockwork on Prema to change her emotions. She'll start with the Angry emotion, so change it to whichever you want then proceed with the dialogue. Once you're done, use Clockwork on her again.
