The Clockwork: Arturo mission can be unlocked by talking to Arturo the Acting Dean. He can be found inside the Dean's Office in Penacony Paperfold University. This will start a conversation between you and Arturo.

You also need a "Calm" Gear later on, so make sure you have one.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Arturo - Step 1
Talk to Arturo and he will tell you his frustrations about the university and its students. You will then unlock the option to activate his Clockwork.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Arturo - Step 2
You need a Calm Gear to activate Arturo's Clockwork. He will then ask you to talk to Harrison, Chad, and Shawn.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Arturo - Step 3
First, go and talk to Harrison. Use the Cultural Corridor Space Anchor and you'll see him standing near some balloons. Go to him and pass on Arturo's advice to proceed.

Next, talk to Chad. From Harrison, go left and see him standing near a blue booth. Approach him and pass on Arturo's advice to continue.

Honkai Star Rail - Clockwork - Arturo Guide - Step 5
Use the Glaux Sculpture Space Anchor and head west to see Shawn facing a wall. Talk to him and pass on Arturo's advice to finish Arturo's requests.

Head back to the Dean's Office. However, just before you enter the office, Professor Owl appears and talks to you. Once the dialogue is finished, go inside the Dean's Office.

Talk to Arturo and pass on Professor Owl's message to him. This marks the end of this Hidden Mission!
