Listen to him speak. Is there anything else? I wanna buy em' all! Lose 100 Cosmic Fragments and obtain 2 equation blessings.
Stop his imperial worshiping behavior. Enter battle and obtain 2 Equation Blessing(s) after victory.
Find an excuse and leave this place. Obtain 50 Cosmic Fragments.
Take away the sample testers. → Obtain 150 Cosmic Fragments.
Leave after tasting. → → Obtain 150 Cosmic Fragments.

Select the choices in-game from left to right.

The Metal Life Occurrence's first choice leads into two choices. Picking the Is there anything else? will lead you to three more choices, all of which can give you Blessings or Cosmic Fragments.

If you only need Cosmic Fragments, then it is better to choose Take away the sample testers or Leave after tasting.
