The Dragon in Stealth hidden mission can be unlocked by investigating a conveyor belt in F2 of the Skysplitter. Use the Reception Hall Space Anchor and head north. Go down the stairs and head east until you see the conveyor belt at the end of the hall.

After going to the location, interact with the conveyor belt and proceed with the dialogue. You will then see a cardboard box near the conveyor belt.

Investigate the Cardboard Box

Go near the cardboard box and investigate it. Once finished with the dialogue, head back to the conveyor belt for the final step.

Take Box to Conveyor Belt

Go back to the conveyor belt and interact with it. Proceed with the dialogue and once prompted, choose the options that say keep quiet otherwise you'll get caught and have to start over.

Once finished, you will appear at the Logistics Line Space Anchor and get the achievement.
