Great for Break DPS
Shadowed by Night provides a lot of Break Effect and boosts the SPD of its wearer. This can be amazing for Hunt characters that scale with Break Effect since they also need a lot of SPD to get more turns.
Should You Pull?
If you need a Light Cone that boosts both Break Effect and SPD for a character, then you can pull for this Light Cone. However, this Light Cone only excels for characters who utilize Break Effect in their kit.
