How to Get False Memories

Interact With Strangely Familiar Stone Gate

First, go to F1 of The Shackling Prison using the Sciptorium: Plankway Front Space Anchor. Once you've arrived, head left and go up the stairs. Go up some stairs again until you reach a big hall.

At the end of the big hall, you'll see the Strangely Familiar Stone Gate. Interact with it and proceed with the dialogue, then you'll get the achievement.
