The Terrific Mara-Struck and Where to Find Them hidden mission can be unlocked by investigating a book in B1 of the The Shackling Prison. Use the Grimfrost Hold I Space Anchor and go left. The book will be on top of some boxes in a corner.

How to Complete Terrific Mara-Struck and Where to Find Them

• Step 1: Investigate the Book and Take It
• Step 2: Go Back to B1 of The Shackling Prison
• Step 3: Talk with Chiyi

Investigate the Book and Take It

After going to the location, interact with the book and proceed with the dialogue. Take it and then leave the map by teleporting to another map.

Go Back to B1 of The Shackling Prison

After teleporting out, return to B1 of the The Shackling Prison and go back to the area where you found the book. You will see the New Prison Guard in the area. Approach her and a dialogue will occur.

After the dialogue, the guard will leave and you will get the A Study into the Mara-Struck (Preface) readable item. Next, use the Scriptorium: Plankway Front Space Anchor and go back to F1.

Talk with Chiyi

Back at F1, go left and move up the stairs. Go left again and you will see another set of stairs to climb. In the hall, look for Chiyi and talk to her. Proceed with the dialogue and you will get the achievement.
