Honkai Star Rail - How to Get The Evil Within Achievement - Use Clockwork to Make Stefano Happy

To get the Utter Horror Story hidden achievement, you need to talk to Stefano and use Clockwork on him in the Radiant Feldspar. Use the Aft Pool Space Anchor and move to the right side of the ship.

You'll see Stefano near the right side railing. Talk to Stefano and after the initial dialogue, use Clockwork on him. Change his emotion to Happy and proceed with the dialogue.
