When Charmony Rings Out is a permanent event where players can quickly unlock and activate the Harmony Trailblazer right after beating the Cocolia boss fight in the main story!
When Charmony Rings Out Objectives
Finish Roads to the Past Have Long Been Closed
To claim the rewards of When Charmony Rings Out, you must finish the Roads to the Past Have Long Been Closed Trailblaze Mission. Specifically, you must beat the boss fight with Cocolia in The Return subquest.

Claim Rewards from the Travel Log
Once you've completed the mission, open the event screen in your Travel Log to claim the When Charmony Rings Out reward!

Directly Activate Harmony Trailblazer
The Harmony Trailblazer was previously unlocked after finishing the Then Wake to Weep mission. After the 2.3 update, players can quickly get the Harmony Trailblazer without having to grind to the Penacony chapter!
Harmony Trailblazer Best Builds and Teams
Get a Shadow of Harmony
If you've already unlocked the Harmony Trailblazer prior to the 2.3 update, you will get a Shadow of Harmony instead. These can be used to raise the Harmony Trailblazer's Eidolon levels!
