A Walk Among the Tombstones can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed All the Sad Tales mission.

Head to the Clock Studios Theme Park to have a talk with the Astral Express Crew and Acheron to prepare an upcoming fight against Aventurine.

Once you're inside the Exploratory Excursion, you'll be fighting Ten Stonehearts - Aventurine of Stratagems, whose main gimmick is gambling.
It's recommended that you bring Physical, Ice, and Lightning characters for this fight. You also want to bring a Healer like Bailu or one that provides shields like Gepard to be able to survive Aventurine's attacks.

After defeating him, you'll control Aventurine again in an unfamiliar place. Run towards the Black Hole on the Horizon to meet up with Acheron and your past self to finish the quest.
