Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest is amazing for Firefly and Xueyi since the Light Cone provides them a ton of Break Effect and the Routed debuff makes their enemies take more Break DMG!
The SPD debuff of Routed also allows Firefly and Xueyi to get more turns since the enemy is slowed.
Is Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest Worth It?

Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest provides Break Effect DPS characters with a lot of Break Effect and allows them to do increased Break DMG thanks to the Routed debuff it inflicts on enemies.
Routed also reduces enemy SPD, which means they can get more turns to deal even more damage. This is even more effective against Weakness Broken opponents.
Should You Pull?
Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest works best with Break DPS characters. The Light Cone provides things that a Break DPS needs like Break Effect and the Routed debuff that makes enemies take more Break DMG.
But, this Light Cone only excels for characters who use or scale well with Break Effect.
