Idk but Thief of Shooting Meteor is definitely the better set for him in my opinion. Practically all other build guides say so as well

Why is Boothill “C” for AOE when Ratio and Topaz are a tier higher lol? He performs better than Ratio (and other current hunt units) in most scenarios.

I don't really see the point of leveling it up unless the player really likes him. Even MrPokke on YouTube said it's a very small portion of his damage. Then again, he also said the DMG upgrade can be situational and lots of CCs on YouTube have it maxed out so just go with whatever floats your boat ig
No hunt characters should have a grade for AoE so who knows why. Boothill's base attack value at max level is 1203. If his enhanced basic attack is maxed out, he's doing physical damage equal to 220% of his ATK. Do the math and he's only gaining an additional few thousand damage. It's okay to level up since the first few levels are cheap or if you're trying to squeeze every ounce of damage out of him, but it's unnecessary to max it out. Even BoothillMains subreddit say it's not required.

Whoa, they actually follow what people say in the comments? Now they're saying basic attack is low priority, haha: "Boothill's Basic ATK should be upgraded last since it scales on ATK%, which doesn't contribute much to his Break DMG."

More speed,more turn. At best you need - 150+ speed - 200 + BE F2P Best con - Adversarial And team - Bronya -1 speed - Ruan Mei (she best) - Harmony Trailblazer (BE boost o lot) - Hanya ( if you dont have RM ) not bad give him more speed and SP + - Gallagher (best) but survival may be low in some scenarios or Aventurine (more Greater survival rate)
he doesn't need 145 speed out of combat. As long as you hit the speed requirement in battle then you're good
I'm confused, you've already answered your own question. You only need 145 SPD when activating Talia's BE bonus effect and you said that you get 170 SPD in combat. Combat numbers always give the correct numbers.
