To get the Spamming SPAM hidden achievement, you need to use the Trotter Chat Box. This hidden achievement is not unlockable using other Chat Boxes.

You can change your Chat Box in the Chats menu by clicking the cogwheel icon next to the Initiate Chat button.

After changing your chat box to the Trotter Chat Box, head to Chat to send your spam message. Select a chat with a friend and type until the Text entered is too long warning shows up, then send it!
