First Things First Mysterious Stranger Locations

Found in the Old Weapon Testing Ground

You can find the Mysterious Stranger in the Old Weapon Testing Ground of Jarilo-VI. She is a young woman with greyish hair and wearing a navy blue outfit.

To talk to her again, simply teleport out of the Old Weapon Testing Ground and get back in to look for her.
