Hook's Overlord Spirits are Mechanical type, so using the Humanoid Type Silvermane Guards can easily defeat them. Do keep in mind that the smaller spirits are Aberrant type, so you must constantly shield your party to survive.
Activate the Silvermane Lieutenant's Shields so that when it gets hit, the Silvermane Lieutenant will be able to counter-attack. Use the Silvermane Soldier and Cannoneer to buff up the Lieutenant and help him deal a huge amount of DMG.

A Mechanical DoT team is also viable thanks to their neutral typing and the ability to deal a lot of passive DMG. Apply debuffs using the Dragonfish and the Aurumaton Gatekeeper so that the Wooden Lupus can immediately trigger the available DoTs using its Skill.

Position the Frigid Prowler at the first or last slots of the party and have the Everwinter Shadewalker next to it. Use the Frigid Prowler's Skill to drain the Shadewalker's HP and become more powerful.
Use the Everwinter Shadewalker and the Warp Trotter's Skills to keep the former alive via healing.

The first wave of Hook's Championship Battle includes enemies that can deal strong AoE and Single Target Damage. The Automaton Grizzly can even summon Automaton Spiders that will detonate if not taken care of quickly.

Hook's last team has the Frigid Prowler as its main source of damage. The Shadewalkers act mainly as buffers for the Prowler's attacks, so it's important to take them down first and prevent taking more damage.
To defeat Hook and her first team, focus on taking down the Imaginary Weavers first as they can deal a lot of DMG to one of your party members.
When the Automaton Grizzly summons Spiders, prioritize all attacks on the latter to avoid taking a potentially large amount of DMG.
After defeating all the Imaginary Weavers, focus all your attacks on the Automaton Grizzly before the Direwolf as the former can deal a lot of AoE DMG and can summon Automaton Spiders.
To beat Hook's second team, focus your attacks on the Shadewalkers to prevent additional DMG and debuffs. Between the two, focus on attacking the Everwinter Shadewalker as the Frigid Prowler will drain its HP to become more powerful.
After both Shadewalkers are defeated, the next enemy to take down is the Searing Prowler. The Frigid Prowler at this point should have drained most of the Searing Prowler's HP, so defeating it should be easier.
Once the Searing Prowler is defeated, all you have to do is take down the Frigid Prowler to win the Championship!
Hook is a challenger in the Aetherium Wars event. She will be the sixth and final challenger you will have to fight in the Final Showdown! Intergalactic Celebration! event quest!
