Previously, the Senior Staff - Team Leader could only be encountered during the Trailblaze Continuance, Jolted Wake From a Winter Dream, which was released during Version 1.4.

The Senior Staff - Team Leader has the ability called 720-Degree Review which allows it to collect all Performance Points from the Grunts on the battlefield. Performance Points is a buff that stacks and increases the Team Leader's DMG. With this, try to break the Senior Staff - Team Leader's shield immediately to hinder it from attacking since it consumes all Performance Points when it attacks.
Additionally, the attacker from your team to Weakness Break the Senior Staff - Team Leader will be able to acquire the Performance Points from it. With this, make sure that your DPS will be the one to break its shield!
