Can someone explain to me why his kit is "bad"? I think its straight forward so idk what the issue is (still pulling for him though cause he purrty lol)

Hoping he didn't get midyuan and himeko treatment

so from calculation. his best team is with bronya-tingyun-luocha. you can use atk boot instead. with hanya-tingyun-huohuo you can use spd boot but this team performs slightly worse.

serval lightcone would be good for him if you cant afford his signature. it helps with energy and ultimate dmg.

What's actually wrong with their element choices? Both, him and Luka SCREAM being fire type, but both end being physical
