against trash mobs you can use 1st ult to clear them. when fighting elites, use his 2nd ult to nuke everything. very straight-forward dps, hyv designed him to kill, no bs just give him energy.
they just want flawless dps lol. every dps has their problems. he needs energy. luckily there is energy giver who's just a 4*. he is erudition but competant even agianst boss thanks to his multiplier.

so from calculation. his best team is with bronya-tingyun-luocha. you can use atk boot instead. with hanya-tingyun-huohuo you can use spd boot but this team performs slightly worse.
serval lightcone would be good for him if you cant afford his signature. it helps with energy and ultimate dmg.
I think e1 would be really good especially it increases his crit rate

What's actually wrong with their element choices? Both, him and Luka SCREAM being fire type, but both end being physical
