The Swarm - True Sting (Complete) can summon Juvenile Sting enemies that assist them in combat. These summons when unchecked will overwhelm you with a ton of DMG, so it's best if you go after these targets first.

When slain, the Juvenile Stings will affect other Stings with Vulnerability, which can increase the DMG taken.

Cleanse Wind Shear

Star Rail - Swarm Disaster - Cleanse Wind Shear debuffs to prevent a ton of DMG

The Juvenile Stings can attack and implant Wind Shear debuffs on your characters. These Wind Shear debuffs can be activated instantly when the The Swarm - True Sting (Complete) attacks an affected party member.

Use character skills that can cleanse debuffs or Abundance Path Resonance with the Anicca blessing in the Simulated Universe to remove the Wind Shear effect.

Phase 2 Strategy

Prioritize the Lesser Sting in Phase 2

Star Rail - Swarm Disaster - Defeat Lesser Stings to avoid the Outrage debuff

In Phase 2, the True Sting will summon a Lesser Sting that can debuff a target with Outrage, which prevents the party member from using any Skill.

Defeat the Lesser Sting when it shows up to prevent the debuff. You can also cleanse the Outrage debuff via cleansing or the Abundance Path Resonance in Simulated Universe.

Weakness Break to Prevent Swarm Onslaught

Star Rail - Swarm Disaster - Use Weakness Break to cancel the True Sting

Starting from Phase 2, The Swarm - True Sting (Complete) can charge itself to unleash a powerful move on the next turn called Swarm Onslaught. The Swarm Onslaught can be cancelled via Weakness Break.

Defeat the Duplicate True Sting in Phase 3

Star Rail - Swarm Disaster - Defeat the smaller True Sting as it can summon more enemies

During the final phase, The Swarm - True Sting (Complete) can duplicate itself in two. Focus your attacks on the True Sting with the smaller health bar to minimize the DMG taken.
