Bring either Physical or Ice characters before you face off against the Warp Trotters as all of them has the same weaknesses. AoE characters such as Herta or even Trailblazer (Physical) will help you easily clear this fight.

1	Find Regin in the Goethe Hotel in the Administrative District and talk to him to receive the third clue.
2	Head to the Outlying Snow Plains in Jarilo-VI.
3	Interact with the Snow Drift at the westernmost part of the search area, and a Warp Trotter should jump out. Defeat the Trotter to progress.
4	After the battle, Regin will send you a message and ask you about the investigation. You'll receive your reward afterward.
