The Trotter is located at a Vending Machine near the Goethe Hotel in the Administrative District. Teleport using the Goethe Hotel Space Anchor and head northwest towards the stairs leading down to the train station.
How to Beat the Warp Trotter in Day 1
Bring Physical, Quantum, or Imaginary Characters
Warp Trotters are weak to Physical, Quantum, and Imaginary elements, so bring characters that match these weaknesses to deal damage quicker!
Inflict Weakness Breaks to Delay Turns
Warp Trotters will not attack, but will flee the battle during its fourth turn. Inflict a Weakness Break as soon as you can to delay its actions and defeat it before it can escape.

| 1 |  Find Regin in the Goethe Hotel at the Administrative District and talk to him. |
| 2 |  After agreeing to help Regin, he'll ask you to activate the sensor. You will receive the clue for Day 1. |
| 3 |  Head to the Vending Machine as marked on the map and purchase the Torn Manuscript Fragment. |
| 4 |  A Warp Trotter will pop out of the Vending Machine. Defeat it in battle to progress. |
| 5 |  Report back to Regin and submit the Torn Manuscript Fragment you got to wrap up the quest! |
