Continuously Interact with a Trash Can

Honkai Star Rail - Interact with a Trash Can
You can find many trash cans scattered around the Administrative District in Jarilo-VI. Interact with any of these trash cans and the text will say that it is just an ordinary one.

If you continue to investigate it, March 7th will start commenting on your strange behavior. Keep on interacting with the same trash can until the text says you found the treasure. You will then unlock the Trash Can icon!

How to Use the Trash Can Icon

Set It as Your Profile Picture

After receiving the Trash Can icon from this hidden interaction, you can use it to customize your profile! To change your profile picture, just open the Phone menu and select the circular icon under your UID at the top.
