How to Unlock Natural Immunity

Talk to Gertie for the First Time

To unlock this hidden achievement, you need to talk to Gertie in Boulder Town for the first time. After progressing a bit into the game, you will see her standing outside of the Goethe Grand Hotel while doing one of the Trailblaze Missions.

What Mission to Unlock It From?

Unlock it From A Sunset Rendezvous

A Sunset Rendezvous is a Trailblaze Mission in Honkai: Star Rail. Since you are required to talk to Gertie for your accommodation, you are basically guaranteed to get this hidden achievement.

Natural Immunity (Hidden) Obtain the recipe for fried rice from talking with Gertie at the Goethe Grand Hotel	x5

While having the conversation with Gertie, you will immediately get the Natural Immunity Achievement!

Get the Yucky Fried Rice Recipe

Additionally, you can obtain the Yucky Fried Rice Recipe and a Praise of High Morals by filling up the hotel survey on the desk after resting in the hotel. You can then give it to Gertie to get these rewards.

Note that this part is completely optional as you will get the hidden achievement beforehand.
