The achievement can be done inside Qlipoth Forth in the Administrative District. The globe will be at the end of the room to the right of the Supreme Guardian's desk.

Investigate and Spin the Globe

Investigate the Globe - Sweet Pom-Pom O

At Qlipoth Fort, go forward and investigate the globe. This will prompt a monologue about Jarilo-VI and its geography. Click the ''Spin the Globe'' and ''Find Belobog'' dialogue options to continue.

Look to the North and Northwest

Look to the North and Northeast - Sweet Pom-Pom O

Once you've found Belobog's location, select the ''Look to the North'' choice, and then choose the ''What is in the Northwest'' option. Afterwards, finish the monologue and you will receive the rewards.

Jarilo-VI's Globe Hidden Quest Rewards

Shield, Credits, and an Achievement

Sweet Pom-Pom O

When you end the monologue, players will receive 20 Shield and 5000 Credits. You will also unlock the Sweet Pom-Pom O'Mine Achievement.

There is a typo... Under "Look to the North and Northwest" section, it said "choose the ''What is in the Northeast'' option." which is wrong, it should be "Northwest" instead, as indicated by the section header.
