Near the Starskiff Jetty Space Anchor

From the Starskiff Jetty space anchor, take a few steps east and you should see a scroll on the second table from the anchor. Investigate the scroll to trigger the hidden quest.

What to Do With the Suspicious Scroll

Submit a Praise of High Morals

In order to read the scroll and proceed through the hidden quest, you will need to give up one Praise of High Morals.

Continue to Read Until Someone Approaches

Keep choosing to read on when prompted. Eventually, the Xianzhou Local will call out to you and try to take the scroll back.

Suspicious Scroll Rewards

Extra Strale and Credits

Once the Xianzhou Local leaves with his scroll, you will receive 10 Strale and 5000 Credits from the encounter.

What is the Suspicious Scroll?

Optional Hidden Quest

You can locate the suspicious scroll at any time to trigger the hidden quest. If you choose to be nosy and persist in going through its contents, you will encounter the Xianzhou Local and receive extra rewards.
