How to Get the Insatiable Achievement

Insatiable is an achievement that can be unlocked at Boulder Town in Honkai: Star Rail. Learn the location, how to complete it, and the rewards for completion!

Outside Natasha's Clinic in Boulder Town

Players can unlock the Insatiable achievement by teleporting to the Natasha's Clinic space anchor in Boulder Town. Once there, head left and find Maxime standing in between two dumpsters and a lightpost.

How to Get the Insatiable Achievement

Speak to Maxime

After finding Maxime, speak to him and choose any of the dialogue options until there are none left. Then, end the conversation and you will automatically gain the Vomit Inducing Agent recipe!

Synthesize the Vomit Inducing Agent

Once you have it, synthesize the Vomit Inducing Agent at the synthesizer. First, you will need to unlock it by going to the phone menu and pressing on the synthesize icon. Next, unlock the recipe and add the materials to synthesize the Vomit Inducing Agent.

How to Unlock Omni-Synthesizer

Use the Vomit Inducing Agent

When you have created the Vomit Inducing Agent, go to your consumables in the inventory menu and look for the item. Use it on any of your party members to unlock the Insatiable achievement.

Using the Vomit Inducing Agent on a party member will automatically give you the Insatiable Achievement. You may also claim 5 Stellar Jades in the Achievements menu after unlocking it.
