First Encounter: Phone Booth in Administrative District

Phone Booth near the Golden Theater Space Anchor

Use the Golden Theater Space Anchor then head northwest to reach the Phone Booth. Interact with the Phone Booth then call the Rightful Rights Society. After a prolonged conversation with them, you will receive 2 Adventure Logs and 20 Shields.

Second Encounter: Phone Booth in Backwater Pass

Phone Booth near the Calyx(Crimson):Bud of Abundance

After your first interaction with the Rightful Rights Society in the Administrative District, use the Bud of Abundance Calyx to fast travel then head south to reach the Phone Booth. There's an Incineration Shadewalker near the Phone Booth. Defeat it first then interact with the Phone Booth.

The phone will then ring once you interact with it, answer the phone call and listen to the Voice of a Strange Woman. The Voice will mention the date February 13, take note of this date. You wil receive 20 Shields after the call.

Third Encounter: Fight Club in Boulder Town

Inside the Fight Club

After interacting with the Voice of a Strange Woman in Backwater Pass, use the Fight Club Space Anchor in Boulder Town then go inside the Fight Club. Interact with the old box on the table then try to figure out its combination to unlock it.

You will receive 20 Shields after unlocking the box.

Unlock the Box

Choose Zero, Two, One, then Three, in order to unlock the box.
