Use Quantum Characters in the First Half
All of the enemies in the first half are weak to Quantum. You can also bring Lightning and Fire characters since some of the enemies are weak to it.
Use Imaginary and Physical Characters in the Second Half
Enemies in the second half are weak to Imaginary and Physical. You can also bring Wind and Lightning characters since some of the enemies are weak to it.
How to Beat Stage 2 - Category Mistake
Category Mistake First Half
Defeat the Summoned Everwinter Shadewalkers
The Frigid Prowler can summon two Everwinter Shadewalkers and devour them on its next turn to get a huge ATK boost. Defeat the Shadewalkers first to prevent Frigid Prowler from getting an ATK buff. When it devours nothing, it will inflict a DEF Reduction debuff on itself, making the fight easier.
Cleanse Guardian Shadow's Bans
Guardian Shadow's Bans allows it to counterattack when you use Basic Attacks, Skills, or attack it. This debuff can be cleansed so use your healer or support to do so. Alternatively, if you do not have a cleanse, use shields to protect the afflicted character.
Category Mistake Second Half
Cleanse Reverberation
Aurumaton Spectral Envoy's abilities can apply a debuff called Reverberation. When a target is attacked while this debuff is on them, they receive Strong Reverberation. Targets with Strong Reverberation can't take action and will be the target of Aurumaton Spectral Envoy's Heaven's Fall ability, which deals a lot of damage.
To avoid this, you must immediately cleanse Reverberation with Skills or Ultimates that can cleanse debuffs.
